BOOKING POLICY

Booking Policy

At HealthLynk, we strive to provide the best possible experience for both our clients and our professionals. To ensure a fair and smooth process for everyone, we have established the following booking policy;

1. Session Duration

  • Each session is designed to last approximately 60 minutes. However, the exact duration may vary depending on the needs of the client and the professional, and may extend slightly over or end earlier as necessary.

2. Cancellation Notice

  • Advance Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to be eligible for a refund.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your booking through our website by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions, or by contacting us at bookings@healthlynk.net.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your session 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund of the session fee.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling Process: To reschedule your session, contact us at bookings@healthlynk.net.
     

5. Extenuating Circumstances

  • Special Considerations: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@healthlynk.net, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis. In this scenario, you agree that any refund will be issued solely at the discretion of HealthLynk.

6. HealthLynk Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Us: In rare instances where HealthLynk or the professional needs to cancel your session, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
