Hi! I'm Sarah, a dedicated Wellbeing, Health, and Fitness Coach with a multifaceted background in personal training, nutrition, and corrective exercise.
My journey began as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor, complemented by certifications as an LSSM Sports Massage Therapist, CHEK Institute Level 2 Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, and Level 2 Corrective Exercise Coach. This comprehensive foundation allows me to help clients understand and overcome unhelpful tendencies, empowering them to live healthier, more balanced lives.

It won’t always be easy. Sometimes the path is winding and uphill 🌄, but there are also breezy, sunny days ahead 🌞. I’m here to mentor you through it all, helping you with daily choices and practices as you transition into your new, health-focused life.
I’ve transformed my own life to become a consistently happy person. How? By replacing negative habits with more supportive ones, like cultivating a positive mindset 🧠, surrounding myself with great people 👯♀️, eating healthily most of the time 🥗 (while still enjoying treats 🍰!), and doing things I love 💃.
I’ve done everything from dance as a child, bodybuilding and martial arts in my 20s to 40s, and now I practice yoga 🧘♀️, walk, surf 🏄♀️, and paddleboard — activities that fit my body and mind at this stage of life.
