About Me
Hi, I’m Maria, a Health and Nutrition Coach fully accredited by the NHS Personalised Care Institute. 🌱 Originally from Ukraine, I’ve been living in Ipswich, Suffolk for just over 20 years.
I empower women to thrive through Peri-menopause, Menopause, and beyond by focusing on nutrition and positive lifestyle changes. My approach is holistic, providing personalized 1-2-1 coaching that considers you and your life as a complete entity. I oversee five key components: Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Environmental Toxins, and Stress Management. 🌿✨
My journey to becoming a Health Coach was inspired by my own health struggles. I used to prioritize my family and work, but when my health declined, I realized I needed to make a change—it was a turning point for me. After training and qualifying as a Health Coach, I implemented everything I learned, and the positive changes in my health motivated me to pursue this career. 💪
Now, I support and empower women to take control of their health, just as I did. Together, we optimize hormonal health, improve mood, and restore energy. My coaching plans are tailored specifically to each client’s symptoms and health goals because nutrition is never a one-size-fits-all approach.
I don’t offer quick fixes—my priority is your long-term midlife well-being. 🌼💖
