Hi, I’m James, and I’m deeply passionate about helping people make lasting mental and emotional changes, no matter what they may be going through. For the past 20 years, I’ve offered therapy to people from all over the world. 🌍

 

One thing we all share is the experience of uncertainty—our fears can hold us in a state of "fight," "flight," or "freeze," keeping us from truly experiencing happiness.
